33 days today I've spent out here, the days of the first 3weeks dragged while the weeks themselves flew by but unfortunatly this past week, the entire world has slowed to a snails pace. Only 3 more days till in theory I'm free of this task. Hard to not get my hopes up for getting to go home but I try to remain subdued in my excitement for fears of having my hopes crushed by the cruel twists of life.
But I shall press on, with excited thoughts of seeing my wife, my family, my home and of course D. Thoughts of spending quality time with them all, a game of tennis with my wife is in order, she has been excited for it since she began to play it locally a few short weeks ago and it makes me happy to see that excitment, to hear it in her voice and to be a part of that and to be able to encourage it gives me a feeling I havent felt in a long time, hope it continues.
